3. Audio Recordings
Your interview is recorded for the sole purpose of generating your story. Recordings are:

We do not sell, share, or use your recordings for any purpose other than creating your ordered product. We do not use your recordings to train AI models.

- Order records: Retained for 3 years for customer service, legal compliance, and your satisfaction guarantee
- Audio recordings: Deleted within 30 days of final delivery
- Final audio product: Retained for 1 year to support re-delivery requests
- Contact form submissions: Retained for 1 year
